During my recent transit in Bristol, I stayed at Darlington - 2 Bedroom Luxury Apartment By Mint Stays. The location of the apartment was incredibly convenient, as it was situated near the nearest airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight. the apartment itself was stunning and brand new, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay.
My check-in experience at Darlington was quite distressing. I encountered issues with communication prior to my arrival, as I was unable to reach the provided phone number or receive any email updates.

The apartment was absolutely stunning with a jaw-dropping modern and stylish decor. The terrace, although basic, was lovely with a charming living wall. The bathroom decor was gorgeous and the kitchen was well-equipped. The ambiance was luxurious and the location was perfect for exploring nearby cities. The customer service and care were top-notch, and the restaurant/bar downstairs was excellent. The balcony was a great asset, even though the weather didn't cooperate. a mind-blowingly beautiful and comfortable stay. Plus, the amenities such as free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, dryer, and flat-screen TV were fantastic. Absolutely no smoking on site.

Spotlessly clean, super comfy beds, good quality linen and towels and lovely toiletries. Coffee/Tea etc provided. , the representative I spoke to was so helpful. Top marks for customer service and care.
The location was a bit far from the city center, but there was a bus stop outside with a direct route. The sofa beds were uncomfortable with gaps between the springs, making it a poor sleeping experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Darlington apartment for three nights from 24-27 December. The property has a luxurious ambiance and each room is beautifully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen and super comfy beds were a highlight, as was the lovely spacious balcony. We also appreciated the provided toiletries and the helpfulness of the Mint Stays representative we spoke to. The restaurant/bar downstairs was excellent, and we hope to book again in the future.
